Motorcyclist, 29, dies following crash in Abertridwr

A 29-year-old man from Llanbradach has died following a crash in Abertridwr.

The incident, which happened on High Street at around 8.45pm on Thursday May 30, involved a Volkswagen Tiguan and a motorbike, according to Gwent Police.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics from the Welsh Ambulance Service, which attended alongside Gwent Police officers.

His next of kin have been informed, and will be supported by specialist officers.
