Thousands of people passed through the gates of this year’s Machen Show to enjoy the 81st edition of the event.

Changeable weather saw bright sunshine followed by heavy rain at times, but that didn’t dampen anybody’s spirits.

Visitors flocked to the show, which was held at Mill Farm, on Saturday, July 6.

There was a wide array of animals, crafts and foods on display as well as a host of exhibitions from local organisations and charities.
