Police are re-appealing for witnesses after an alleged beer garden assault.

A 23-year-old man was reportedly attacked at the Court House pub, Caerphilly, at around 9.45pm on Saturday May 25.

Gwent Police would like to speak to a man, pictured in newly-released CCTV footage, who may be able to help with the investigation.

Anyone who recognises the man can contact Gwent Police on 101, or through direct message on social media, quoting log reference 2400171843.

Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously on 0800 555 111.

🚨We previously appealed for information earlier this year following a report of an assault in the Court House beer garden, Caerphilly in May.
