A man has been taken to hospital following a crash near Nelson this morning.

Gwent Police officers and paramedics attended the crash on the A472 at around 6.20am this morning (Tuesday March 4).

A man was taken to hospital for treatment, although his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening or changing.

The A472 was closed but has since reopened.
