The group was launched from Geshmak Bistro in Caerphilly town

Women in Business Network (WIBN) has officially launched its Caerphilly group, welcoming more than 25 women to the opening day in the town centre.

WIBN was set up in 2024 by Isabella Rossi and Rhianne Mordecai, who already run two successful groups in Llandaff.

The Caerphilly branch was officially opened this morning (Friday April 11), from Geshmak Bistro, and was described as a “fantastic start” by those involved.

From the very beginning, it was clear this group is about so much more than just networking. The women who attended were there to support one another, share experiences, and build something meaningful together.

There was laughter, inspiration and genuine encouragement throughout the morning. Conversations flowed easily and new friendships were already starting to take shape.

This event marks the beginning of something really exciting in Caerphilly – a supportive community where women in business can come together each month to grow, collaborate, and lift each other up.

The group is already looking forward to their next meeting and to seeing how this new network of women continues to flourish.

Monthly meetings will be held on the second Thursday of each month at Geshmak Bistro on Clive Street, Caerphilly.

Businesswomen who would like to get involved can call Isabella on 07834 640083 or Rhianne on 07980 006467. You can also email on rhianne.mordecai@wibn.co.uk.
