A man has been taken to hospital following a crash outside Machen Rugby Club during the early hours of Sunday morning.

A red car was seen on its side having crashed into a parked car outside the rugby club, as Gwent Police was called to the incident at around 12.45am on Sunday April 27.

The man was taken to hospital for treatment, although he has no life-threatening injuries according to the police.
