Three Caerphilly County Borough firms have been crowned winners at this year’s Wales Business Awards.

The victors were announced at a ceremony at Holland House Hotel, Cardiff, on June 12, with the ceremony hosted by ITV Wales presenter Andrea Byrne.

Among the winning businesses were Tredomen-based Educ8 Group, and Caerphilly-based companies Simply Do Ideas and Tyre Glider Ltd.

In total, 12 winners were crowned across 12 categories at the awards.

The awards were organised by Chambers Wales South East, South West, and Mid – an organisation which supports and connects businesses.

The organisation’s interim CEO, Gus Williams, said: “The Wales Business Awards celebrate the very best of Welsh business, recognising those leading their sectors in key areas such as trade, sustainability and innovation, and positively contributing to the Welsh economic landscape.

“We’d like to congratulate all of our incredible winners, including Edcu8 Group, Simply Do Ideas and Tyre Glider Ltd, as well as our worthy finalists.”

“By listening and taking on feedback from our team, we have introduced rewards and additional benefits to ensure we are bolstering and supporting them at all times.

“We are honoured to have been recognised for this passion and authenticity.”

“I am over the moon that Tyre Glider’s expansion and growth has been recognised by this award.”
