Jordan Williams has been recalled to prison

Update: Gwent Police confirmed on Wednesday July 9 that Williams has now been found and arrested

A robber is wanted back behind bars following his release from prison.

Jordan Williams, 26, from the New Tredegar area, appeared at Cardiff Crown Court in September 2022, where he was handed a five-and-a-half-year prison sentence for robbery.

He was released on licence in February this year but has since breached the conditions of his release, according to Gwent Police.

The force does not disclose what the licence conditions were, or what conditions have been broken.

An appeal to find Williams has now been launched by police.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts can contact Gwent Police on 101, or through direct message on social media, quoting log reference 2500175597.
