Catherine Davies, headteacher at Bryn Awel Primary School, said: “I am so proud of our youngest learners and their achievements, and I am so appreciative of the opportunity provided by Anna, the class teacher, and her super team.
“This incredible success in engineering has shown them that their ideas matter, and I hope it inspires them to believe they can achieve anything they put their minds to.”
Anna Jones, teacher at the school, said: “They are the inventors of the future, and I can’t wait to see where their creativity takes them next.
“With engineering clearly thriving at the school, it’s safe to say that the next generation of innovators are already hard at work in Rhymney.”
