Bargoed’s Summer Music Festival is back for a second year this weekend.

The event, which debuted last summer, will see multiple performance areas set up in the town centre, with an array of different musicians performing on Saturday July 12.

There will be several busking areas throughout the town centre, linking in with venues like The Square Royale, Murray’s, Emporium Snooker Club and Bourton’s Live Music Café Bar.

Several food, drink and craft stalls will be set up for the event, including Crafty Legs’ Craft Fair and Market – as well as funfair rides.

The event gets underway at 10am and continues until 7pm.

Bargoed Summer Music Festival is funded by Bargoed Town Council and the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, and organised by Caerphilly County Borough Council.

More than 2,100 visitors attend Bargoed’s first ever summer music festival
