Caerphilly County Borough is once again flying the flag for excellence in green spaces, with 26 sites across the area receiving Green Flag and Green Flag Community Awards for 2025/26.

The recognition is part of a record-breaking year for Wales, with 315 sites receiving Green Flag status – the highest ever. Wales also retains its global leadership in the number of community Green Flag sites, with 223 awarded this year.
