More than 3,500 people attended Risca Food FEASTival
More than 3,500 people attended the first-ever Risca Food FEASTival last year

Risca will light up with flavour this weekend as its Food FEASTival returns to Tredegar Park for a second year.

Organised by Caerphilly County Borough Council, the event brings a full day of food, fun and family entertainment.

It will run from 10am to 4pm on Saturday September 20.

More than 3,500 attend Risca’s first-ever Food FEASTival

What’s on the menu?

More than 40 traders are set to attend, offering a wide range of street food – from cakes, bread, and sweets, to burgers, pizzas, sauces and more.

Food lovers will also get to see live cookery demonstrations from the likes of Italian chef Francesco Mattana, along with Paul da Costa Greaves and Clover Hutson. Each demonstration is followed by a short meet-and-greet.

Other attractions include a petting farm, birds of prey displays, and fairground rides to keep younger visitors entertained.

The event is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
