Four men have been charged with conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm following an attack which left a 32-year-old man critically ill in hospital.
The victim was found badly beaten on a pathway near Addison Way, in Graig-Y-Rhacca, in the early hours of the morning of Friday June 25 2010.
After the discovery, Gwent Police issued an appeal and said it believed the man was attacked in the area of Caerphilly Castle.
The four men, aged 20, 21, 22 and 25, all from the Caerphilly area, will appear before Caerphilly Magistrates’ Court on Thursday February 17.
