A Cardiff City fan from Bargoed has been jailed for taking part in a brawl with rival Chelsea fans.
Adrian Horrell, 32, of Thomas Street, Gilfach, was sentenced to eight months at London’s Isleworth Crown Court after he admitted one charge of affray.
Horrell was in the brawl that followed Cardiff City’s FA Cup match against Chelsea in February last year, which the Bluebirds lost 4-1.
Matthew Alm, 27, of Fairwater, Cardiff, and Matthew Brown, 38, of Llanishen, Cardiff, were also jailed alongside Horrell for ten months and eight months respectively.
The trio were filmed on CCTV taking part in the brawl.
