Peter’s Pies wants volunteer tasters

Just some of the products you could be tasting as a volunteer "Pie-ologist".

Peter’s Food in Caerphilly is looking for volunteer tasters to try out its range of pies, pasties, sausage rolls and slices.

The company, based in Bedwas, wants to recruit the “pie-ologists” to help better the taste of its products – which have been a firm favourite of the Welsh for years.

James Osgood, marketing director for Peter’s, said: “There is no-one better placed to tell us how our products taste than our consumers.

“We are hoping the volunteers will get huge satisfaction by helping us continue to create the best products on the shelf.”
