Two of Caerphilly’s leading politicians have pledged to wear pink to raise awareness of breast cancer.

Labour’s Jeff Cuthbert and Plaid Cymru’s Lindsay Whittle have backed the Breast Cancer Campaign fundraising event.

On Friday October 28, people in schools, colleges and businesses throughout the country are encouraged to don an item of pink in support of campaign and each donate £2 to fund breast cancer research.
