Mobile police surgeries for Caerphilly County Borough’s Christmas shoppers

Gwent Police is sending out its mobile stations to give out some crime prevention advice to Christmas shoppers

Residents, shoppers, business owners and revellers can drop in for the opportunity to discuss local issues including advice ot theft of personal belongings, burglary, personal safety and alcohol related violence.

The Mobile Police station will be out on the following dates:
Friday December 16, from 4pm to 9pm
Bargoed town centre (Outside Greggs)

Saturday December 17, from 5pm to 10pm
Caerphilly town centre and Castle Court Shopping Centre

Friday December 23, from 7pm to 10pm
Blackwood town centre

A dedicated website – www.donthaveanightmare.org.uk – has also been launched as part of the Don’t Have a Nightmare This Christmas initiative, with plenty of top crime prevention tips for the holiday period.
