Parents of young children in the Caerphilly County Borough are being encouraged to take their babies and toddlers along to a special healthy living event in Ystrad Mynach.
The free family fun day is part of the national ‘Change 4 Life’ campaign aimed at encouraging more people of all ages to lead a healthier lifestyle.
A range of activities will be taking place on Tuesday September 21 at Ystrad Mynach Park and the adjacent Penallta RFC between 10am and 2pm.
