Gwent Police is appealing for information to trace the person pictured in this CCTV still.
Officers would like to speak to him in connection with the theft of a mountain bike left outside Poundland in the Castle Court Shopping Centre, Caerphilly, just after midday October 21.
The bike has a black frame, orange grips and blue handle bars.
Officers conducted an area search at the time of the incident and continue to make enquiries.
