The A472 in Ystrad Mynach, outside the Dance Centre, has reopened to two-way traffic after the completion of road works.
The council works are part of a wider highway improvement scheme around the new Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr hospital site.
Commercial Street, Ystrad Mynach (alongside the Royal Oak), has also reopened to two-way traffic.
A spokesman for Caerphilly County Borough Council said: “We would like to thank motorists for their patience as this major improvement scheme progresses. The works will lead to long term benefits for the travelling public, but there is always a degree of disruption during major schemes such as this.”
