A gang of five teenagers set upon and attacked a 23-year-old man as he walked along a path.
Police are appealing for information about the attack which happened on the path at the car park at Station Terrace Bargoed on Tuesday April 26.
The incident is believed to have occurred between 5pm and 6pm and the victim – a 23 year old local male – was assaulted by five youths – four male and one female – described as being in their teens. The victim suffered facial injuries.
