Three injured after Stagecoach bus crashes in Blackwood

Three people have been treated for minor injuries after a bus crashed into a street sign on Blackwood High Street.

Gwent Police said it was called at 11.25am this morning after reports that the bus hit a road sign and then crashed into a shop.

Eight people were on the bus with three suffering minor injuries. Of the three, two were taken to the Royal Gwent Hospital in Newport.
