Following on from this year’s successful Megaday, the Megathon will be taking place on Sunday September 13.

Starting at 11am, the two-mile run through Caerphilly is being held to raise money for Velindre Hospital.

The run is dedicated to local musicians Andrew Nichols “Mega” and Paul Grahame “PG” who both tragically lost their lives to cancer.

Anyone and everyone is welcome to join in the fun and can do so by registering at www.megaday.net, calling 02920 316211 or emailing funrun@megaday.net

On receipt of your application, organisers will send out a runner’s number, a route map and a sponsorship form.

Registration is normally £10 per adult and £5 per child, however, it’s free if you obtain more than £10 sponsorship and all registered runners will receive a medal at the finish line.
