Business seminars on offer from Caerphilly Council

News | Richard Gurner | Published: 15:00, Wednesday September 12th, 2012.

Caerphilly County Borough Council’s Business Enterprise Support Team is hosting a programme of seminars offering businesses the opportunity to learn vital skills to help make their business a success.

The seminars will be held at Cherry Tree House, Pen Y Fan Industrial Estate, on Wednesday September 19 between 11am and 1pm.

The half hour seminars will provide businesses with the opportunity to learn how to maximise business opportunities online, IT security and business planning for both start up and existing ventures.

Councillor Ken James, cabinet member for regeneration, planning and sustainable development, said: “These seminars will provide extremely useful information for businesses in the county borough and provide an opportunity to ask questions from leading experts in the field. On top of this, attendees will be able to meet other business owners in the county borough which can lead to fantastic trade links and support networks being formed.”

Also available on the day will be access to over 15 business support organisations that will be providing advice on support and funding. This Grants and Business Support Event will be held between 10am and 2pm at Cherry Tree House, Pen Y Fan Industrial Estate, NP11 4EA.
