Officers are appealing for information following a burglary that occurred at a property on Alexandra Road, Ynysddu sometime between 10.40am and 2.40pm on Tuesday October 23.
Entry was made via an unsecured door and a black leather box containing cash was stolen.
Officers are investigating and asking anyone with information or anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
