Officers investigating an assault in Blackwood have charged a man from Pontypool.
The incident happened at the Vanilla Bar, on High Street in Blackwood at about 1.20am on Saturday May 4.
A 27-year-old man from the Pontypool, was arrested on suspicion of assault, has now been charged and is due to appear before Caerphilly Magistrates’ Court on Monday July 22.
