Police are looking for this man after he racially abused a bus driver and spat in his face.

The man, described as between 17 and 18-years-old, had been picked up with a girl at the bus stop opposite Newbridge Comprehensive at around 11.15pm on Friday August 9.

When the service terminated at Risca College, on Risca Road, Crosskeys, the man insisted the driver continue on to Risca. When the driver refused, the male racially abused the driver and spat in his face and on the door of the bus.

The man is described as being between 5ft 8in and 5ft 9in tall and of slim build with short black hair. He was wearing 3/4 length shorts and a black hooded top.

If anyone has information about the incident or can help identify the man, they are asked to call Gwent Police on 101 and quote log number 659 9/8/13
