Housing Minister Carl Sargeant has praised work by charity Shelter Cymru.
Mr Sargeant visited its Valleys Inclusion Project in Ystrad Mynach recently and met some of the people helped by the scheme.
He said: “I commend and support the aims of the Valleys Inclusion Project in reducing the impact of antisocial behaviour and mitigating against the risk of homelessness as a result of causing or suffering from antisocial behaviour.”
The project is funded by the Big Lottery Fund, BBC Children in Need and Caerphilly Supporting People, having initially been part-funded by the Welsh Government.
It works mainly with families and others who are facing homelessness in the Caerphilly and Rhondda Cynon Taf areas.
