Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water has completed the second phase of essential works in Caerphilly town centre three weeks ahead of schedule.
The work, to replace a mains system along Cardiff Road, mainly took place overnight to avoid disruption.
Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water’s distribution manager for the area Gavin Williams said: “We would like to take this opportunity to thank local businesses and residents for their patience and co-operation whilst we carried out these essential upgrades.
“Welsh Water is investing heavily to ensure our customers receive a top quality supply of drinking water to their taps for many, many years to come”.
