Police are warning motorists to remain vigilant after a spate of battery thefts from vehicles.
Battery thefts from vehicles and plant machinery have recently taken place in Blackwood, Bedwas, Caerphilly, Bargoed, Risca and Ystrad Mynach.
Thefts have been from vehicles parked on residential streets as well as from outside commercial premises.
