Military reservists working for Caerphilly County Borough Council are to be given improved aftercare on their return to work.
Those returning will now receive better support, including access to physiotherapy and rehabilitation management.
Cllr Christine Forehead, Cabinet Member for HR said: “The health and wellbeing of our workforce is paramount, and managers will be actively encouraging council-employed military reservists to take advantage of the extended range of aftercare available.”
