A new centre aiming to help the community of Llanbradach get in shape has opened its doors.
The Infiniti Wellness Centre, based at Wesleyan Chapel in Ffrwd Terrace, will hold regular kettle bell exercise classes seven day a week.
Local PE teacher Rhianwen Moore, 40, is behind the new venture.
She said: “I’m hoping to bring the community together to promote health and fitness and wellbeing.”
