Trehir Civic Amenity site at Pandy Lane, Llanbradach, will be closed on Tuesday March 18 and Wednesday March 19 to allow the council to carry out essential maintenance work on the access road.
Caerphilly County Borough Council has said it anticipates the site will reopen on Thursday March 20 or sooner, if possible.
Staff will be on hand to direct residents wanting to dispose of their waste to alternative sites – the nearest being at Penallta Industrial Estate in Penybryn, Ystrad Mynach.
A council spokesman said: “Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused during this short period of disruption.”
