Officers are appealing for information following the indecent exposure  in the Oakdale area  at approximately 3.20pm on Wednesday March 19.

The girl was walking along Brynhoward Terrace, Oakdale towards Croespenmaen when a man pulled up beside her in a silver 4 door hatchback 07 plate vehicle  and asked for directions.

When the girl responded he exposed himself and then drove off. The girl was unharmed.

The man is described as  white, medium build and aged between 20 and 25.

He had mousey brown hair with a swept fringe. He was wearing a light blue round neck t shirt and stonewash jeans and spoke with a local accent.
