A man had to be cut free from his car after becoming trapped following a crash with a bus in Hengoed.
The man was taken to the Prince Charles Hospital in Merthyr but his injuries are not life threatening.
A female bus passenger was also taken to hospital with minor injuries but the other passengers on the bus were unharmed.
The crash happened at around 9.35am on Gelligaer Road and South Wales Fire and Rescue Crews from Aberbargoed and Ebbw Vale stabilised the vehicles before cutting the man free.
The road between Heol Adam and Hospital Road was blocked until approximately 12.30pm.
