Members of the Beach Body Challenge at Creazione Gym, Caerphilly are hosting a sports day to raise money for Macmillan Cancer support on Sunday June 1.

Teams will compete in events ranging from an egg and spoon race to tug of war and even dodgeball.

Medieval stocks, food and drink and games will also be available to enjoy and everyone is encouraged to take part in the events.

Non-members of the group are asked to wear black or white t-shirts to form teams against the beach body seekers and family members should wear the colour of those they are supporting.

The action starts at 10am until 4pm at St Cenydd Leisure Centre, Trecenydd, and entry costs £2 for adults and 50p for children.

Organiser Kelly Whitefoot simply said: “Be prepared to take part.”
