Fire crews put out large amounts of timber alight near forestry in Bargoed.
Firefighters were called to reports of smoke in the forestry between Deri and Bargoed at 11.50am and a crew from Aberbargoed were backed up by a second crew from Tonypandy.

The Tonypandy crew were called to provide specialist kit just after 12.30pm and the fire was put out fully just after 1.50pm.
South Wales Fire and Rescue Service said the fire was being treated as deliberate and Gwent Police have been informed.
