News | | Published: 15:50, Monday September 15th, 2014.

Stand-up comedian and Red Dwarf star Norman Lovett will be appearing at Caerphilly Workmen’s Hall on Friday September 19 as part of his Old and New mini-tour.

The Caerphilly Observer is offering readers the opportunity to win two tickets to the show. All you have to do is answer a simple question to be in with a chance of winning.

What was the name of the back-up computer that briefly replaced Holly in Red Dwarf II?

Send your answer, along with your name and telephone number, to info@caerphillyworkmenshall.org before noon on Thursday September 18.

The winner will be contacted before 5pm on September 18.

Kathy Lye, Chair of Caerphilly Workmen’s Hall, said, “We are so excited to be able to welcome a comedian of Norman Lovett’s standing. I’m a big fan myself and I hope that this will attract a new audience to the Workmen’s Hall.”

Tickets to see Norman Lovett are available to buy from www.caerphillyworkmenshall.org for £10 (plus booking fee) or on the door for £12.
