Lewis Girls’ School in Ystrad Mynach has officially launched its new school radio station.
Called ‘Live Hive’, the station was officially opened recently with the help of BBC Radio Wales journalist Kayleigh Thomas.
Cllr David Carter, Mayor of Caerphilly County Borough, attended the launch.
He said: I’m sure the pupils are going to gain brilliant new skills and have some amazing experiences that will benefit them in their future careers. This is a great opportunity for them to engage with members of the local community and a make a real difference.”
Another waste of time and money. These pupils should be in the classroom.
