A music tuition firm based in Fleur de Lys has raised £1,260 for charity.
Maestro Music Tutoring Services held a “Practice-A-Thon” earlier in the year for pupils which raised £920 and also held a concert earlier this month which raised £340.
The concert, held at Blackwood Masonic Hall, was attended by William Coppage Chairman of the Caerphilly branch of charity Parkinson’s UK.
Mr Coopage was presented with a cheque for £1,260 by Maestro Music tutors Leigh and Claire Canning.
The company is planning more fundraising for next year.
