Caerphilly-based housing association United Welsh has launched a phone app for its tenants.
The app, which is free to download on iPhone and Android devices, allows residents to pay their rent, report a repair, report antisocial behaviour, sign up for volunteering and employment opportunities, and contact staff.
Tenants can also access the app via a web portal on the United Welsh website.
Louise Taggart, Digital Inclusion Officer for United Welsh said: “We wanted to provide tenants a quicker, more convenient way of accessing our services and working with us.
“Research showed that over 65% of our website visitors were coming to us via mobile and tablet devices, which further cemented the need to make ourselves more accessible online.”
