Traffic lights near Duffryn Business Park near Llanbradach and Ystrad Mynach caught fire in the early hours of the morning in a blaze that had to be extinguished by firefighters.
A fire crew from Caerphilly were on the scene at 2am this morning, August 24 after and two sets of traffic lights were “well alight”.
The firefighters put out the fire within 15 minutes.
It is not thought the fire was lit deliberately.
A spokesperson for South Wales Fire and Rescue Service said: “My guess is it’s an electrical fault.”
