Caerphilly County Borough Council has said its libraries and customer service centres have changed their opening hours from this month onwards.
Customer service centres will also be changing their opening times. Penallta House will now open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, while Blackwood Customer Service Centre will open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9.30am to 4pm and will open between 9:30am and 1pm on a Wednesday and Saturday.
