Police have issued these CCTV images of two men they would like to speak to after money was stolen from a Thomson travel agents in Caerphilly town.

The pair wanted to change money into a foreign currency and when the cashier had completed the exchange, the men changed their mind about the type of exchanged currency they wanted.

However, they failed to hand back all of the changed money they had been given and managed to walk out of the travel agents with $900, worth around £580, and the £720 they originally handed over.

The men visited the branch on Cardiff Road on July 24 this year, although police have only just issued the appeal.

Officers would like to identify the men in the CCTV images and anyone with information can call 101 quoting log 193 24/07/15.

I’m pretty sure the one in the sleeveless jacket is called Burt and can be found in a caravan in the Sesame Street area.
Known accomplices: Ernie, Big Bird and Elmo.
