A riding school operator has been fined for not having a relevant licence or insurance.
Kayleigh Laura Griffiths, who operates Prancers Riding School in Mynyddislwyn, was ordered to pay a £500 fine and costs of over £1,000 at Newport Magistrates’ Court on October 9.
Griffiths pleaded guilty to four offences including not having a licence and claiming she had appropriate insurance when she did not.
Griffiths also failed to tell customers that the riding school was being operated unlawfully.
