Around a fifth of adults in Caerphilly County Borough are “digitally excluded”, according to the latest national survey of Wales.
It is estimated that 27,500 adults are not online.
Digital Communities Wales, a Welsh Government project run by the Wales Co-operative Centre, is urging tech-savvy residents to volunteer to help others get online.
If you are interested in becoming a digital volunteer you can email digitalvolunteering@wales.coop.
Further information about volunteering with Digital Communities Wales can be found at digitalcommunities.gov.wales/volunteer.
