Organisers of the Caerphilly 10k have said they are already accepting entries for next year’s race.

The event, which was first held in 2013, is now the third most popular 10k event in Wales, just behind Cardiff and Swansea – and returns for 2016 on Sunday June 19.

Last year it attracted more than 2,000 entrants.

The 10 kilometre course begins and ends set against the backdrop of Caerphilly Castle.
