Bedwas-based Peter’s Food Service has acquired gourmet hot dog business Mom’s Fabulous Foods.
Farnham-based Mom’s Fabulous Foods’ turnover is in excess of £2 million and its hot dog ranges are supplied to stadia, travel hubs, pub groups and fast food outlets across the country.
Finance Director for Peter’s Food Service, David Peek, said: “We are delighted to reach this agreement and further expand our product offering, especially in the fast-growing food-to-go sector.
“[Mom’s Fabulous Foods founder] Nick Pagett has developed a very successful business over the last three years and we have been extremely impressed with both the product quality and service level he and his team maintain. We are very excited to create further opportunities together after completing the acquisition.”
Mr Pagett will remain as Managing Director of Mom’s Fabulous Foods.
