UPDATE: Gwent Police say that Phillip Frost has been located, arrested, and is in police custody.
Officers are appealing for information to find 29-year-old Phillip Frost from the Rhymney area, who they would like to speak with after a road traffic incident on Thursday, May 12.
Phillip Frost has also breached a court order by failing to appear at Newport Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday March 9 2016.
