Police want to identify and speak with this man pictured in CCTV after a motorcyclist was involved in a hit and run traffic collision.
The collision happened on Commercial Street, Risca, at around 10pm on Saturday, May 21, and was between a silver Seat Ibiza, which failed to stop at the scene, and a motorcyclist.
The motorcyclist suffered minor injuries but did not require hospital treatment.
